Emergency Relief Programme
ROLDA is expanding its mission to provide urgent aid to animals and communities affected by crises.
Through the ROLDA Emergency Relief Programme, we will support animals in disadvantaged
regions impacted by human-made or natural disasters, just as we did in Ukraine since March 2022.
This programme will deliver rapid assistance by partnering with local organisations with the knowledge, logistics, and resources to take immediate action. These partners understand local systems, know how to navigate authorities, and can provide effective, culturally sensitive support. ROLDA’s role is to empower them, not to interfere with or influence local traditions.

The ROLDA Emergency Relief Programme prioritises helping disadvantaged communities where large populations of homeless and stray animals suffer due to war, economic hardship, or environmental disasters. By working together with local groups, we can create lasting change and ensure that animals receive the care they need when they need it most.
