Take action to create a chain reaction

The incredibly simple way to save hundreds of #roldadogs

Meet Corinna – Head Ambassador of ROLDA

After adopting Honey from our shelters in 2012, Corinna has divided her time between caring for Honey and spreading the word about ROLDA and the plight of stray dogs in Romania.
Corinna is an important part of our team that raises awareness about ROLDA and its mission around the world.

Corinna Needs YOUR Help to Spread the Word!

Corinna is just one person, but her volunteer work for ROLDA has saved thousands of stray dogs in Romania. She has inspired family, friends, coworkers, students, seniors, and strangers across the globe to get involved with the ROLDA community.

But Corinna needs more fellow ambassadors to help spread the word about ROLDA’s work. One ROLDA ambassador has the potential to reach hundreds, even thousands of people — that means you can get Romanian stray dogs thousands of new supporters to help save them.

“Our ambassadors come from all walks of life, but we share one thing in common: We refuse to stand by and silently allow animal abuse to continue. Change may be slow, but change is coming. We’re working to make sure it’s a change for the better, and we want you to be a part of the process!

Everyone has obligations, and we all struggle to juggle work and family life. We’re not asking for a 24/7 commitment. Spending just a few minutes a day as an animal ambassador for ROLDA, you’ll get a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction that is second to none in little time. You’ll be contributing to help save thousands of homeless animals who are suffering on the streets.

Each person makes a huge difference. We can’t wait to welcome you to our team! Just indulge us three minutes of your time, and we’ll show you how you can be an influential voice for defenseless animals.

Together we can give hope!”

— Corinna, Head Ambassador of ROLDA

Sharing Means Caring!

Who is a ROLDA Ambassador?

A ROLDA Ambassador is any person who sends an email to at least one person about ROLDA’s work, the stray dog crisis in Romania, and what they can do to help.

You can also use the power of social media to reach a wider audience. Use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, or any social media apps you use, to help save Romanian stray dogs.

Why Ambassadors?

There are more than 2.5 million homeless and abandoned dogs across Romania whose cry for help can no longer be ignored. Their cries and whimpers echo in unison throughout a country that is incapable of ending their suffering.

In fact, between poverty, corruption, and the “killing law,” Romania is a dangerous place for stray dogs like Buffy. This is why they need you to speak up for them!

This is Buffy, a tiny Romanian dog with a severe eye injury which couldn’t be saved, despite all the vet’s efforts. Buffy family couldn’t pay the vet bill and ROLDA stepped in to cover this, but in the end, people refused to take home the poor dog because she remained with only one eye.

When you become a ROLDA Ambassador, you are raising awareness about the pain and suffering of stray dogs in Romania. You are exposing to the world the horrors these poor dogs endure every day — the hunger, neglect, abuse, torture, persecution, and injustices aimed at dogs that are struggling to survive.

Do Ambassadors make a difference?

Yes! Absolutely!

When you spend just 3 minutes to reach out to people, even
if it’s only one person, you are starting a chain reaction of new ROLDA
supporters that can save hundreds, even thousands of dogs.

When you commit to spreading the word about ROLDA and Romanian strays, you are helping homeless and abandoned dogs get:

Rescued

Saved

Treated (medically)

Vaccinated

Sterilized

Fed

Shelter

Adopted

Rehabilitated

It takes less than 3 minutes to help a suffering dog. With a donation of just 26 EUR, we can microchip and sterilize a stray dog, which will save hundreds of unwanted puppies from being born on the streets of Romania. But if people don’t know how far 26 EUR can go to rescuing stray dogs, they cannot help.

That’s why we need volunteers like you to spread the word!

Take action today! Start saving lives right away!

“To shelter more than 600 dogs you need to have a good notion of organization and responsibility but more than that also a sense of respect for living souls…”

Remember, countless dogs like Buffy is dependent on their Ambassador’s voice.

We humans are hard to please. We want so much and are never satisfied. We often don’t appreciate what we have because we are blinded by desire and greed. Unfortunately, it’s almost impossible to make ourselves happy.

Dogs are so much purer. All they want is someone to love and care for them. Someone who can give them shelter, food, companionship, and attention. Dogs are very easy to please, and it takes very little to make them happy.

Dogs Are Grateful for Everything We Give Them! We are Their World, Their Everything!

Without us, a dog is just an animal. With us, a dog is a family. Remember: A dog is a man’s best friend. We are meant to be together and make each other happy.

As long as we are there for our dog, he or she is happy! When we are present and responsible friends, they look up to us. They know that we provide for them because we care. That is why they wag their tail and look at us with those joyful eyes every time we’re around. They are saying, “Thank you!”

They Need Us… They Need You

Today, you can make a happy forever — a dog that has been rescued from a life of pain and suffering.

A dog like Buffy.

ROLDA cares for 700 dogs in its sanctuary. They are waiting for their forever friend … their forever family … and their forever home.

These are dogs we saved so they can get a chance to be happy.

You Can Give Them THAT Chance. You Can Give Them Happiness.

Dogs like Buffy need your voice!
