To rescue a dog is not an easy job, as it sounds. As soon as the saving mission ends, the dog becomes a member of our shelters’ family, a part of our daily work. The rescued dog becomes our responsibility!
To look after a dog responsibly : this is the most difficult part of the mission. Especially when dealing with sensitive, shy or abused dogs, even the smallest mistake done might put in danger all the good work previously done, all the small progresses made.
Sometimes we searched the dogs photos archive and discover how a rescue story started – the dog ‘ transformation from the moment he was picked up from streets until he moved into his forever home.
These stories are a pure therapy for a rescuer’ soul, fill our hearts with joy and fuel us with the energy to keep on saving more animals in need!
