With a rate of 100% dogs rehomed, this place was built in 2003 with relatively little resources but was nominated twice in 2004 and 2010 "the best dogs shelter in Eastern Europe".

ROLDA team drove a whole day to arrive from Galati to Reghin, to meet new Fiducia dogs. We were impressed by the renovation progress and all the hard, every day work done during summer time by this remarquable 83 years old woman, Mrs. Lidia.
