Sterilization campaign in Galati and Smardan.

Social service consisting in helping people who love and care for their animals, but have reduced financial possibilities.

Presently, "Animals & people" Campaign is serving only Galati community ,the veterinary services are offered in collaboration with VETI-MED clinic.

ROLDA can help with dry /canned dog and cat food, veterinary products and in collaboration with Veti- Med clinic we are offering free veterinary treatments (de-worming, emergency treatments) and free sterilizations.

People who wish and need to be included in this social program, have to send an email to rolda@care2.com containing a description and the following information:

1. Details about the animal(s)-age, breed, sex, health and medication(if the case);
2. Address where animals can be visited and all contact details;
3. Prove your request of inclusion to social program “Animals & Humans”

Your request will be evaluated in max 30 days and you’ll receive an answer from a ROLDA representative referring your case.

Valerica and Her Shelter Story

Valerica is a Romanian animal lover that rescue strays all her life with passion, consciousness and dedication. She is around 40 years old, divorced, living into a tiny house (one room and a bathroom) with garden where she built in time a real shelter for her rescue protégée.

Cats are staying separately in small wooden units with outdoor areas, heating for winter…and rescued dogs have small individual wood houses and a little outside space to play. In the middle of the garden there is an empty piece of land where dogs go out by rotation for exercises and socialization.
She currently has 23 dogs and 27 cats, all being saved from dramatic conditions and now being sheltered in clean, safe and as comfortable as possible living spaces.
